CHICKEN POX

It is caused by the herpes zoster virus.

It causes a mild fever and a rash of itchy inflamed pimples which turn to blisters and then loose scabs.


Mode Of Transmission
1) Through personal contact with an infected person.
2) Through droplet infection

Signs And Symptoms
1) High fever.
2) Body pains.
3) Rashes on some parts of the body which breaks to form sores.
4) Rashes on the face which also breaks to form sores.




Prevention And Control
1) Isolation of infected person.
2) Personal hygiene.
3) Vaccination.
