LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

Low blood pressure (also known as hypotension) is a situation where there is an abnormal drop in blood pressure. Symptoms of low blood pressure include fainting, light-headedness and, in severe cases, a weak pulse.
Normally low blood pressure is generally acknowledged to be desirable, as it often indimtes a high level of fitness and a healthy heart and circulatory system. In a young adult, normal systolic pressure is around 120mmHg. However; if a person’s systolic pressure falls far below 120 mm Hg, he is said to be suffering from low blood pressure.
