Exercise is another habit that is healthful for you. An exercise is an activity to develop the mind or body.
Reading books or writing stories are activities that develop your mind. These are mental exercises. Mental exercises are exercises that keep your mind alert.

Physical exercises are activities that keep your muscles in good condition. When you do a variety of physical exercises on a regular basis, you develop physical fitness. Physical fitness is a state of physical health which is the best possible condition for you. Exercise influences at least ten areas of your life in a positive way.
