Food Allergy: Symptoms, Causes, Preventions and Treatments

Food allergies occurs when an individual's immune responds negatively to a certain food.

Signs and symptoms

4. Soy
5. Peanuts
6. Tree nuts ( examples are cashews, , hazelnuts, pine nuts  macadamia nuts, walnuts, pistachios, Brazil nuts, coconuts, and  pecans)
7. Wheat
8. Shellfish

Foods like maize and spices contains some amount of allergenic proteins which can cause food allergies.

People who are prone to food allergies
Individuals who works in the food industries sometimes develop allergic reactions to aromas of certain food allergens.
Individuals with atopic syndrome normally exhibit allergies to foods quite easily. Atopic syndrome is normally caused by the combination of conjunctivitis, asthma, eczema and allergic rhinitis.
