Top five universities in Germany (Deutschland)

Germany attracted and is still attracting more and more students from all over the world because of the low tuition fees and the structure of their education system.

Even though their universities are ranked higher in the QS World University Ranking each and every year,  tuition fees are very low and affordable.

I have read and heard a lot about the German education system and I bet you, you would not regret spending your money on Education in such country.
And hey, I have not forgotten about the beer! Beer is really cheap in Germany!!

The following are the Top five (5) German universities according to the 2018 QS World University Rankings:

1. Technische Universität München
Technische Universität München offers was founded in the year, 1868. It covers a wide range of courses in about thirteen (13) faculties. The university established its Clinic in the year, 1967.
This university attracts huge number of students, not just from Germany but around the globe each and every year because of the university's high standard programmes and the intelligent professors (lecturers).
In each and every year, papers from Technische Universität München gets published in famous publications and journals.
In  terms of research links, Technische Universität München has great Technische Universität München with famous companies. Some of these companies are Audi and BMW.

2. Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München
Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München or LMU also called University of Munich was founded in the year, 1472. And is considered the sixth oldest in continuous operation. In terms of students population, the university is currently the second largest University in Germany.
This university can boast of its several libraries, research centers and hospitals that are scattered all over the city of Munich.

In the year 2017, the university was ranked sixteenth (16th) in the whole world according to the number of Nobel laureates in connection with the university. Forty two (42) laureates are in connection with this university. Some of these laureates are Thomas Mann, Max Planck and Wilhelm Röntgen.

3. Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg
Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg was established in the year 1386.
It is the oldest University in Deutschland (Germany).
It has produced a lot of great minds which played and are still playing essential part in the improvement of science and the standard of living in Germany.
Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg is made up of twelve (12) different faculties.
It offers undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral levels degree programmes in about hundred (100) disciplines.
The university is specifically made up of three campuses. 
Natural sciences and medicine are located in Neuenheimer Feld quarter.
The humanities can be found in  Heidelberg's Old Town.
And the social sciences can be located somewhere in the inner-city suburb Bergheim.
In the year 2017, it was known that 33 Nobel prize winners have links with the university.

4. Karlsruher Institut Für Technologie
Karlsruher Institut Für Technologie was formed in the year 2009 by the fusion of Universtät Karlsruhe and Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe.
In the year 2006, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology was awarded an "Excellence Status".
It was ranked 1st in the scientific papers ranking in the year, 2011.

5. Humboldt Universität Zu Berlin
Humboldt Universität Zu Berlin was established on the 15th of October, 1810. It is located in Berlin, Germany.
The university has has nine (9) faculties. And offers several degree programmes in about 189 disciplines.
As of  2017, 55 Nobel prize winners has been affiliated to Humboldt Universität Zu Berlin.
Humboldt Universität Zu Berlin was ranked 126th in the world in the 2016 British QS World University Ranking.
