How to cure German measles (also known as Rubella) with bitter leaf (Vernonia amygdalina)

German measles (rubella) is a very infectious disease caused rubella virus and is normally characterized by symptoms like swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, rashes, fever and sore throat.
The rubella virus normally spread through the air.

The sickness often starts within two to three weeks after a person has been exposed to the virus.
And the sickness normally lasts for just three days, that is where it got the name three-day measles.

Note: There is a huge difference between German measles and measles. 
The rash of German measles is less brighter than that of measles. 
And also, German measles lasts for only three days whiles measles often lasts for about ten days.

Rubella can cause miscarriage in pregnant women. It can also result in a child been born with congenital rubella syndrome. 

Note: This remedy is for treating only German measles (rubella)

Now let's take a look at how you can cure or treat rubella (German measles) with bitter leaf.

Bitter leaf is quite common in most African countries. 

In Ghana, It is often referred to as "Suwaka" or "chusar-doki" in Hausa. It is  also known as "Aw)mwen" and "Agba" in Twi and Krobo respectively.

Here is how it can be used to cure German measles:
1. Get a few bitter leaves

2. Wash them with clean water

3. Grind it to obtain a fine paste.

4. Draw the juice out of the paste.

5. Apply the juice on the affected area of the skin.

Additional tips

You can also drink the juice. It can help cure the sickness faster plus, it also comes along with countless and magnificent health benefits.
