5 Powerful Home Remedies For Acne


Almost everybody has experienced or would experience acne at a point in the course of life. Acne careless about body type, age, race, skin type, race or gender; it can affect almost anybody at any time of their lives.

1. Apply green tea to the affected area.

The tannins and flavonoids in green tea makes it good and effective for fighting bacteria.

Antioxidants in green tea can also help reduce the body oil (sebum) that are known to cause acne in most cases.

Procedure
Leave a green tea to boil for about five minutes.

Leave the tea to cool.

Dip a cotton into the tea and apply it gently on the affected area.

Let it dry on the affected area for some minutes.

Now wash it off with clean water.



2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar contain certain effective organic acids that tend to fight off viruses and any kind of bacteria so well.
It can also dry up any excess sebum produced by the sebaceous glands.

Let us take a look at how apple cider vinegar can be used to get rid of acne;

Add a considerable amount of water to apple cider vinegar.

Stir it until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Clean the affected part.

Now apply the mixture (apple cider vinegar) and water on the affected area.

Leave it on for about one minute.

Wash it off.

Do this at least twice a day.
