Are you living in a country where you would have to put up with the coldest season, winter, each and every year? If yes then, this natural method of keeping the body warm can be very helpful since it requires no burning of firewoods or wearing of very big and thick clothes.

The truth about this method I am about to show you is that, I have tried it for about five years now and it is really efficient and very intriguing, that is why I have decided to share it with the world.

Things you would need:
1. Sand
2. Water

This is what you are suppose to do:
Step in water with your barefoot.

Now, step out of the water.

Step in sand.

Step out of the sand.

Now rub the left underfoot to the right underfoot continuously.

The more and faster you do it, the warmer you would get.
