How to lower blood pressure immediately

High blood pressure is deadly, what makes it even deadlier is its ability to show no early signs and symptoms. A person can only become aware of it only if he or she checks his/her blood pressure regularly at the hospital or at home.

If you checked your blood pressure and it is very high, please don't panic, there are numerous ways you can lower it in no time.
The ways I'm about to take you through basically requires no chemical drug, it  revolves around your diet, lifestyle, and the use of herbs.

1. Cut the intake of salt completely.
If you take in too much salt, in other words sodium, you are very likely to suffer from hypertension.
Most health experts will tell a high blood pressure patient to reduce the intake of salt, I say run for your life; stay away from it completely.

2. Stay away from refined sugars.
Sugar, just like salt, has been the cause of most high blood pressure cases. Stop including it in your diets; opt out for natural sweeteners like honey, molasses, coconut sugar, Marple syrup, erythritol, or yacon syrup.

3. Exercise.
Exercise does not just strengthen the  immune system to fight and prevent disease, it also serves as a remedy for several diseases.
Intense exercise at least thrice a week is enough to lower your blood pressure drastically in a short period of time.
Running and jogging are a few of the exercises that have proven to be very effective.

4. Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Sedentary lifestyle is not good for not just the heart but the entire human body. It weakens almost every organ in the body.
Always make sure you are active and if you can, exercise each and every day.

5. Eat lots of fruits.
Fruits like banana, watermelon, and berries are a few of the fruits that when eaten regularly can immediately lower blood pressure.

6. Use herbs instead of chemical medicines.
Herbal medicines have no side effects unlike medicines made with chemicals. Herbs such as basil, cinnamon, french lavender, cardamom, flaxseed, garlic, ginger, hawthorn, celery seed, cat's claw are known to be very effective in lowering blood pressure.

7. Cut alcohol intake.
No matter how addicted you are to this toxic liquid called alcohol, you should find any means to stay away from it completely. And when you stop, please don't look back, you've made a good choice.
