How to lose weight fast with water fast; no exercise needed



Most of the ways and processes one can adhere to to lose weight are pretty hard and nearly impossible; they often make people with low or moderate desire to acquire the body structure they have always been dreaming of, back down easily without even trying.

Before you continue reading, listen to this: no matter how fat you are, you can always achieve the body shape you desire, just put in the work. The more energy you put in, the better the results.

Water fast is considered one of the easiest and quickest way to lose weight if done properly but the question is, how long can you stay away from food?
It is really hard to observe it on several days continuously that is why I have come up with the easiest method; I've tagged this method the "On&Off water fast".

On&Off water fasting: it is a simple way of observing water fast; instead of doing it continuously for days, which is really hard, you should do it by breaking the next day of each fast to eat foods that are known to help reduce weight. Let's say you observed water fast on Monday, you should break on Tuesday; you fast on Wednesday, you break on Thursday; you fast on Friday, break on Saturday. You can do that for weeks or months.

On the break days, make sure you eat foods that can help you lose weight example, foods that are high in protein and fiber; stay away from processed foods, sugar and too much salt; go for brown rice instead of white rice; eat more fruits and vegetables.


I invented this way of water fasting on the 8th of April, 2020 to help make it easier for everyone who wants to lose weight lose it without too much hunger, pain and stress.
