Low carb fruits


Most people do not literally know the amount of carbs/calories their favourite fruits contain, which is really bad, do you know why? Let me show you why: you have to know how much carbs you are consuming so you don't exceed the right amount needed by your body. As the saying goes, too much of everything is bad. If you consume whole lots of fruits that have too much carbs more than your body needs, we all know what will happen: you will put on excess weight/fat, it even gets worse if you don't exercise regularly.

We have put together the amount of carbs/calories contained in the favourite fruits of the majority. These fruits have been arranged from the ones with the lowest carbs to ones with the highest:
