Foods that gives Bigger butt




Avocados
Avocados 🥑  are very healthy and are also known to aid in butt growth as a result of the great amount of healthy fats they contain. Aside that, they are also very rich in essential nutrients like potassium, antioxidants, magnesium and protein.

Tofu
It is a food gotten from soy milk and is known to contain nutrients that increases muscle density in some parts of the body including the butt.

Brown rice
Brown rice is one of the most nutritious foods out there; it contains higher amounts of  branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).
Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) is known to increase muscle density around the butt.

Peanut butter
