How I got my six-pack abs in just 30 days

I guess once you think of getting a six pack, what comes into mind first is stomach/abdominal exercises right? Well, you are not the only one who thinks that way, there are in fact, a whole lot of people who also buy into that idea. The truth is, only abdominal exercises cannot give you beautiful six-pack abs; it is one of the most common mistakes a lot of people make.

Let me show you how I got my six-pack abs without even visiting a gym.

1. Diet.
Diet is the number one factor you should or should I say, must consider if you truly want a perfect body.
You can workout 24/7, if your diet isn't good, you are not going to get a six-pack.

What I did was, I ate lots of fruits, whole grain foods, no meat or fish or any diary product because I'm vegan. Stayed away from processed junk foods.

2. Full body workouts.
When I am exercising, I do not concentrate on only my abdomen, I make sure each and every part of my body feels it.

These are what I often do during my workout sessions:
Push-ups, pull-ups, mountain climbers, crunches, sit-ups, squat & jump, planks, planche, jump rope and Burpees .

3. I do not run or jog, I SPRINT.
Jogging or running does not push your heart and body to the limit. Sprinting is the real deal.
I sprint so I can get the full benefits of the workout. As we all know, sports personalities who sprint a lot don't engage in any other sort of workout but always have a perfect six-pack abs.

4. Stay hydrated always.
I often drink coconut water every morning before my workout sessions. Apart from that, I drink lots of water throughout the day. It is said to improve metabolism.

Now the real secret: 50 push-ups before bed, another 50 as soon as you wake up from bed.
